Q; When will the United 2.0 program be effective?
A; Starting from 1st of January 2017.
Q; Will I be able to view my prices and discounts like the United 1.0 program?
A; Yes, the United 2.0 program will provide your details after you have logged in on our Parter Portal.
Q; Does the Partner Portal remains the same after the launch of the United 2.0 program?
A; The 1st of January we will also launch our new Partner Portal. However, all the applications your are familiar with, will stay. The benefit of the new Partner Portal is the management. Just manage your preferred dashboard with the tools you like to work with.
Q; I've received a deferent partner level than expected?
A; In case you are not sure if you have received the right Partner Level, please contact your Sales representative.
